Subscription fees for Projeqta packages are handled securely via Stripe. All payments are final unless specified in our refund policy. Agencies are responsible for managing their own billing cycles through the Projeqta dashboard.
You retain full ownership of the data, files, and roadmaps you create on the platform. Projeqta owns the underlying "Bedrock" infrastructure, software, and branding.
Projeqta provides a tool to eliminate project chaos, but we are not liable for business losses, missed deadlines, or agency-client disputes. The service is provided "as is" on our AWS-backed secure servers.
