We encourage all users to utilize this free tier to fully evaluate the platform before upgrading to a Premium subscription.
Because we provide a comprehensive free lifetime tier for evaluation, **Projeqta does not offer refunds** for any paid subscription plans once the transaction is completed. By upgrading to a Premium package, you acknowledge that you have tested the service and are satisfied with its features.
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your Agency Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free Lifetime tier.
In the event of a technical billing error or duplicate charge processed via Stripe, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and rectify any verified billing discrepancies on a case-by-case basis.
